About these terms
IRRIVO is provided by Watchmore Studios in Ghana. These terms govern use of the IRRIVO app and related services. By accepting these terms or using the service after they take effect, you agree to them. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept obligations on its behalf.
Contact [email protected] with questions. The privacy policy explains how information is handled. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable Apple or Google terms continue to apply.
Accounts and organization access
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts and organizations you are authorized to access. Notify us if you suspect account misuse.
Organizations are responsible for invitations, membership, permissions, workplace policies, lawful monitoring and the accuracy and appropriateness of the information they upload. Removing a person from an organization may remove their access to its records. Membership does not transfer ownership of the organization’s data.
Permitted use
Use IRRIVO for lawful scheduling, attendance and related workplace activities. Do not impersonate another person, falsify attendance, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material or attempt to access another organization’s data.
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You permit Watchmore Studios and its service providers to host, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and support IRRIVO and meet applicable obligations. You must have the rights or authority needed to provide it.
Schedules, attendance and Ask Shady
IRRIVO assists with recordkeeping and coordination. Devices, connectivity, location accuracy, permissions and incorrect input can affect attendance or scheduling results. Report errors through the relevant correction process and verify important records.
Ask Shady’s responses and calculated indicators are informational aids. They are not legal advice or a substitute for human review of pay, staffing, employment or disciplinary decisions. Organizations remain responsible for those decisions and for compliance with applicable employment and privacy laws.
Plans, prices and payment
Available plans, included features, billing period, currency and price are shown before purchase. Native iOS purchases are processed through Apple and native Android purchases through Google Play when available. Web purchases may be processed through Paystack. The payment provider may apply taxes, currency conversion or other amounts shown in its purchase flow.
A subscription provides the stated access for the organization linked to the purchase. Payment is verified before access is activated. If payment succeeds but verification is interrupted, use Retry verification or Restore purchases and contact support if necessary; avoid buying the same subscription again.
Existing subscription pricing is governed by the billing agreement with the relevant provider. Editing the IRRIVO plan catalogue does not itself change an existing subscriber’s agreed recurring price. Any future price change will follow applicable law and provider notice or consent requirements.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the provider before the next renewal. Manage Apple purchases through your Apple account subscriptions and Google purchases through your Google Play subscriptions. Web subscribers should use the billing controls offered for their web subscription or contact support.
Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues through the period already paid for, subject to refunds, revocation and the provider’s rules. Payment failure, expiry, refund or revocation may change or end access after the provider’s current status is verified.
Deleting the app, leaving an organization or deleting your IRRIVO account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel through the relevant provider as a separate step.
Refunds and plan changes
For Apple purchases, request a refund through Apple; for Google purchases, use Google Play’s refund process. For web payments, contact [email protected] with the transaction reference. Refund eligibility depends on the provider’s rules and applicable law; these terms do not remove statutory refund rights.
Use only plan changes supported by the app and your billing provider. Do not start a second subscription to replace an active one unless a supported replacement flow explicitly instructs you to do so. Moving between billing providers may require the existing subscription to end first.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or change the service. We will take reasonable care in providing it, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every result will be error-free. Features can depend on your plan, platform and device permissions.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk, non-payment or a legal obligation. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about it. We will give notice of material changes affecting paid service where required.
Account closure and records
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Use the app’s deletion control or contact support if you cannot use it. Owned organizations need to be addressed before the current in-app deletion flow can complete; we can help you understand the required steps.
Account closure may remove access to personal and organization information. Review any records you need before deleting. Retention and deletion of records are described in the privacy policy. Cancelling payment and deleting data are separate actions.
Responsibility and legal rights
Each party is responsible for its own actions and obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We do not require you to waive mandatory consumer protections.
These terms are governed by Ghanaian law to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any mandatory protections and rights of access to courts available where you live are preserved. Please first contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve a concern.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law or billing requirements. We will identify the effective date and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that already arose.
